With our Multi-User and Multi-Location plans, you can assign two user roles to keep your account secure and organized.
Administrators have full access—they can update settings, manage billing, add users, and oversee locations.
Standard Users can send notifications, schedule messages, and use two-way communication but cannot change account settings, add users, modify location hours, or view billing details.
To keep things organized, you can also tag each user with their role—like manager, assistant manager, employee, and more.

You can easily add users or locations with just a few clicks from your account settings.
Each user gets a unique username and PIN to use inside of your account to securely sign in. Multi User accounts include two users already, but you can add as many as you need for just $5.00 per month for each user.
Each location can have its own contact details, like a phone number or email, set individual hours of operation, and assign employees so they’re ready as soon as they log in. Add additional locations for just $10.00 per month—and each new location includes one free user!

When you cancel your plan, your data remains securely stored in your account, allowing you to restart your subscription anytime without losing your information.
If you choose to delete your account, all sensitive data—including locations, notification history, saved customers, users, and payment information—is permanently removed from our records. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
